Kolej Dika is an appointed agency by the Department of Social Welfare, Malaysia, from the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development to deliver the Certificate in Basic Childcare course (KAAK). KAAK is a compulsary course for all childcare providers in accordance with the Childcare Centres Act 1984, Regulations 41 & Regulations (Institutional) 1985.
